                                      Acting as a "new set of eyes," I'll do a complete walk through and around your home making suggestions as to what will help your home make the very best "first impression" before the realtor photos are taken and before the first open house. My goal is to help you sell your home faster and allow it to be listed at the best possible price.

                                      A written list will be provided at the end of the consultation whereby the home owner can proceed with suggestions made.
